Iliyan I will give this builder a 5 star. He was very reliable, on time and work was completed to a very high standard. After each day that he was working on my property he would ensure that the area was cleaned and kept clean after each day. As most of us know when you start something there is always the possibility of finding that there is something else which will need correcting behind it. Iliyan to keep up his high standards work would discuss these issues with you first before proceeding. He always looks to purchase the best materials suited for the job. I am happy to recommend Ilyian to anyone that is thinking of using him. The top of my house was a disaster zone. Ilyian has now made it structurally sound and looking amazing. Iliyan’s services were recommended by a friend so we used him to re-tile our bathroom. He did such a good job we contracted him to come back and re-decorate the front of our 4 storey victorian house and front wall. Iliyan’s work is very good and he really pays attention to details. Iliyan has done a number of jobs for me recently (Big & Small) and I can not recommend him highly enough. I have always found him to be polite, courteous and very respectful while being extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. iliyan has done some amazing jobs for me, firstly fixing a large water leak which he renovated the whole bathroom including waterproofing to an exceptional standard and secondly re-engineering thermostatic value where there were problems in the mechanism. ⭐️ Review for IPS Restorations Ltd (Decorator: Iliyan) We recently had our hall, stairs and landing fully painted and decorated by Iliyan of IPS Restorations Ltd, along with some painting and wallpapering in our shower room. From start to finish, the standard of his work was exceptional. What really stood out was the quality of his preparation — absolutely first class. Every surface was meticulously filled, sanded and primed, and the final finish reflects that level of care. Iliyan is extremely professional, clearly skilled, and takes real pride in his craft. He was also a pleasure to have in the house. Each day he cleaned up thoroughly, hoovered before leaving, and kept disruption to an absolute minimum despite the awkwardness of the job. His respect for our home and his thoughtful approach made the whole process far easier than we expected. Another thing we appreciated was his insistence on using good‑quality materials. He explained his choices clearly and it’s obvious in the end result — the finish looks superb and built to last. While the work wasn’t the cheapest, the price was fully reflected in the quality, attention to detail, and the care taken throughout. We feel we received excellent value for money and are delighted with the transformation.
